Within this warranty period the manufacturer will replace any non wear and tear parts if it is proven to have a fault.

This consumer guarantee offered by sportbuggies.com guarantees the product to be free from defective materials and workmanship for the stated period of warranty from the date of purchase as shown on the invoice.

Should the part fail due to neglect, abuse, accident, corrosion, lack of regular maintenance or modifications not approved in writing ,then the part
will not be covered and all warranty will be void.

Regular servicing as outlined in the vehicle service operator handbook must also be carried out and original proof of service invoices should always be retained.
